Anyway as upperclassmen I get the feeling that we are more stressed than normal, maybe because we are so close to graduating, or maybe it's trying to find a job, because the economy is slowly recovering from the Great Recession, or maybe trying to find that right fit internship. It could also be that we are apart, and even with all this technology (facebook, twitter, blogs, skype, texting, calling) there's still that feeling that we arn't a 20 minute drive (at the most) away from each other, we can't immediately rush over and comfort, cheer up, etc one another when we are feeling down. I think its because we are slowly starting to accept the fact that we might not move back home after college, we might explore, travel a little, settle somewhere on the mainland....
I think my fear is that although we are close, we may grow apart, loose touch with one another.... I feel that as we get older, meet new people through school, jobs, networking functions, we may lose touch with one another, or we don't bother to keep in touch with each other, because we don't see each other on a daily basis. Sad I know, but its true.
